Nienke's Mini-Me Barbie Doll And All Their Friends
My name is Nienke, I'1000 the creator of @riverlovesbarbie account on Instagram. I started this hobby to aid me with my autism and self-image. Creating a mini-me and taking her on trivial adventures has washed a lot for my self-esteem and image. I have autism which ways that the normal world can be disruptive, chaotic and overwhelming for me. In my little barbie room, I have created my own little world where everything makes sense to me and I can create order in the anarchy. This actually helps me wind down and relax, which are both very difficult for me. So making pictures and sharing them is super therapeutic for me.
Creating my mini-me River has also helped me have and love myself more. River can do a lot of things I find hard to exercise and do it with a smile on her piffling face. She has helped me a lot with coming to terms with all the things I can't do or are besides overwhelming for me. So a large yay for River.
I also actually savor building ane:6 calibration dioramas and furniture for my dolls, it is a very peaceful job to practise.
